Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are allowed before the order is packed or shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and you may need to request a return after delivery.

To cancel an order, use the “My Orders” section or contact our customer support with your order ID as soon as possible. Approval of cancellation requests will depend on the current status of the order.

If the order is prepaid and successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, fully or partially, in cases such as unavailability of stock, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and any paid amount will be refunded.
